“Not clean”

“Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Upon showering this morning the tub backed up and I ended up standing in 4 inch deep water. Absolutely disgusting. “The room was absolutely filthy.. no bugs but disgusting.. sheets were clean but everything else was disgusting. Poor lighting floor was not swept in months. Terrible smell in the rooms air-conditioning didn’t work. The temperature in the room was in the 70s all night did not cool off..All the floorboards were cracked and sticking up! bathroom was filthy and stains all over the couches and chairs I figured because it was a Wyndham hotel it would be decent but they fooled me definitely will...

Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. “Can use a upgrade, paint peeling, dirty walls, floor had a burn in it from the iron. But for the money you can't complain, This location not kept up like others that I stayed at.”

“Heat didn’t work in the room, my daughter was cold so I had to call for extra blankets because none in the room. Room was dirty and check-in took over an hour because they only had 2 people working. Kids running/screaming the halls all hours of the night.”

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. Le stanze vengono rassettate ogni mattina e nonostante ci sia scritto chegli...
