“The only negative on this hotel is that it is near the road and until you fall asleep the road noise is very loud.”

“Left 2 hours after i checked in. The smell was horrible. My socks were so dirty after walking on the floor for 5 minutes. Pillows smelled bad. Felt stuff crawling on me and I was itching and breaking out. ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, although it is not a buffet; it is more of a continental-style breakfast. The room was generally clean, including the carpet, but some of the furniture looks a bit old and could use updating. Overall, the hotel itself feels like it needs some renovation or modernization. Despite that, it was a comfortable stay with good service and cleanliness.”

“Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. ”

“The room was very clean and the whole property looked well maintained. The pool looked inviting, but the high was only around 74 degrees. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also a great loaction.”

“I know everyone says you get what you pay for and they are partially correct. The staff was very helpful, it was super quiet and laid back, it's not over ran by sketchy people although from the road it might look that way. The property is severely outdated and in need of some major TLC but it was pleasant enough that we will stay again. Could definitely use some love, more comfy beds, and more pillows but we did enjoy our stay overall.”

“We had a great stay at Willow Beach Resort on Lake Hamilton! It was quiet, peaceful and the people were friendly! Absolutely an amazing view of the Lake right out the sliding glass door of the room. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and smelled fresh. A few minor issues were addressed but nothing that would hinder us from returning for another stay. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome! Including the geese and the turtles! ”
