“Nice clean place ”

“Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later”

“Nice comfortable room, great service. Free Breakfast buffet was good, nice variety of options. ”

“The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.”

“The room was clean the staff was very defensive. The front desk lady was warning us that all the rooms were filled and they were over booked. She also told me that the 3pm check in is not promised and that we had to wait an unknowing amount of time before our room would be ready . Which is understandable but instead of just informing us she got defensive even though we were not mad about the circumstances.They also were vacuuming the hallways at 10pm on a Saturday night.”

“Okay place for a one night stop but the sheets were not the cleanest. My pillow case was dirty and the walls had been patched with no attempt to paint over the patch job. Otherwise fine ”

“For the $200/night price tag, I expected a lot more than the $70/night accommodations. The room was modernized but looked gross in corners, and glass shelves that had dust rings and hair. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and sleep was lousy. One queen bed was up against the window so we had to climb over the bed to get to your side. Staff gave us an attitude when we needed item to use the pull out couch. And that was so uncomfortable our 70lb son didn’t hardly sleep. When they offered free...

“I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!”

“Breakfast was good, traveling for dog show with 3 kiddos, 2 dogs. We elected to stay on first floor where they were remodeling, wasn’t a big deal, nice roomy and spacious, quiet and staff were alway so helpful and sweet!”
