“Myself and my husband chose this hotel for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel staff upgraded our room when we arrived and wow what a treat it was! The room was beautiful and so were the views from our room. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is a short walk in to the little town where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars. The hotel over looks the boat docks so you can easily get boat tours around the lake. “A perfect stay! Amazing comfy, cosy and massive bed which gave a perfect night sleep ahead of us climbing Scafell Pike which was really easy to get to. Super clean, loved the modern touches but also the traditional parts which remained from the barn. Breakfast was amazing and loved that it catered to vegetarian and non-dairy options without having to ask for this. We loved watching the alpacas from our bedroom.
