“The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. When I requested more towels, we had to return a towel to get a new towel. This was totally a bare...

They told me that when I was attempting to check in at 2:30 PM that there were no rooms available that I had to come back. I came back at about 2:55 pm and they stated no rooms were available only to find out that my room was checked in at 8:54 am that morning so that means that had they just checked my name they would’ve been able...
