“Staff was amazing. I had 2 small kids with me and they were able to put us on a hallway where the noise they made would not be a problem. My only complaint would be the water pressure, they need to crank it up a notch. There’s plenty of parking and food places nearby. Breakfast was bland but I get it seasoning is a preference.”

“The staff offers great hospitality and they give you your privacy and the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean I will definitely be coming back.”

“there is one little rd that goes to this place and very hard to find.... bed was like a busted banana im 6'2 and have to sleep diagonal cause it was too short would not recomend or stay, breakfast sucked”

“What I didn't like was that the staff who prepared the food allowed dogs into the area where the food is although there are signs before entry into that area and in the area that dogs are not allowed. The cook even played with the dog in that area disregarding the sign. I complained to the front desk. They said saud they did not see it.”

I said well I called yall and showed him he said our phone hasn’t rung all day . “The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.”
