“Food and rooms were amazing”

“Upon arrival the property appeared dirty. We had a lot of luggage but there was no luggage cart access to our room (all stairs and no ramps). The room had a terrible layout and did not appear clean. The electrical outlets were tampered with and pushed into the wall. The sink drain did not drain. The shower needed a lot of force to turn off and there was no pressure. The pool was dirty and had standing water everywhere on the pool deck. The complimentary breakfast did not have enough food. ...
