“Family of 4 with 2 young kids. We stayed for 2 nights for an event locally.
Overwhelming pros:
Easy location to get anywhere around Chicagoland and suburbs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place! Also, easy, free parking. Got some Werther’s original toffees in the lobby to keep the kids amused.
