“This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is...

“This hotel is SUPER dirty!! Our initial room was FILTY when we arrived, we asked for another room and we literally walked through over 10 plus rooms with a staff member and the rooms got worse! There was still feces left in the toilet in one room! Bugs, hair in bed, filthy floors and pools, towels and toilet paper behind the beds, the sofas are old, dirty, stained and ripped. AVOID THIS PLACE! We end up leaving and left to find another room at 3am! ”

Alla fine è arrivato un bus e vi è stato l'assalto alla diligenza . Tutti a bordo impacchettati all'inverosimile con il vano bagagli che scoppiava. Risultato : una nostra valigia è rimasta danneggiata ed ovviamente la colpa non è di nessuna. Se pensate di utilizzare un hotel con navetta escludete sicuramente Hyatt place. “A nice and basic hotel near Chicago Ohare. The continental breakfast was very good included waffle making station. The room was clean and bright. The parking was safe and complimentary. We arrived in Chicago one day early and could not add an extra day to our existing reservation at another hotel. We were glad to find this Best Western that fitted our need, reasonable rate and with complimentary parking.”

“Hahaha find a different place. Room not great, beds sucked, and had a big party all night long. I got about 15 minutes of sleep for the entire night because of the party going on ALL NIGHT LONG. People still screaming in the halls at 6am.”
