“Room service was horrible. I had to request fresh towels and wash cloths daily. Room service was provided 1 time out of the 4 nights that I stayed. We were also not advised of a shuttle fee as the booking advised that a shuttle was included with the flight. ”

“Great price so I must rate by the price I paid,\, $83 total for one night. Not the most amenities but good comfortable room for a nights sleep. Her's my take, No towel hanger or hooks, wash sink is not in the bathroom it's by the closet. So, if you use the toilet you have to go outside the bathroom to wash up. Nice room clean comfortable bed, no USB ports, and AC is not too close to the bed which is a plus.”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.”

“We got there and our key card didn’t work so we had to have a staff member open our room with a master key, when we got in the room there was hair in the “freshly cleaned” beds. The bathroom didn’t have a lock so the door would swing open which invaded privacy, the sink had old food in the drain from someone prior, there was a broken window from someone who was “drunk” people also LIVE HERE… there was cat trees outside of the “hotel rooms” people moving in the same day we were going to stay,...

“Room was nice enough, but the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests stay - there was a used washcloth still on the floor under the vanity, which is raised. You have to request for the room to be cleaned or refreshed and we requested on 2 subsequent days and it didn't happen until we happened to bump into the person who was cleaning the rooms. She still did not have us on her list but was very nice and popped in to refresh (which is what you need for clean towels or more...

“It’s a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Easy drive to Richmond, McHenry or even Crystal Lake. Parking was fine and the view was nice. ”
