“Bed was comfy,Room was clean,and the staff was excellent Ryan was so helpful and nice.Only complaint I have was the water in the shower didn’t get very hot.Would for sure stay again.”

“ Close to arena for ASU graduation. Two graduated on the same day but different ceremonies. Walked over for first. Returned to hotel for lunch. Walked over for second. Never had to get in my car and fight traffic or long lines for lunch. Stayed three nights and enjoyed the grandchildren’s graduations. A mini stay-cation!”

“Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.”

“The absolute worst place anyone could ever attempt to stay. Think of the worst place in the world and this place is worse. Do not book this sh;t hole. ”

“Breakfast was not that great. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. Fan in the bathroom runs all the time. But everything was very clean.”

“The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

“What a nice stay at this Holiday Inn! The room was super clean, and this is a must for me! The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet and restful. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was decent and I especially loved the freshly brewed coffee that brews each cup individually while you wait! I would definitely stay again!”

“Newly opened in April of 2026. Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Fluffy and soft pillows. Friendly staff. One low point is that Google Map misdirect us to a wrong property due to its newness which wasn't the hotel's fault. Just for your information, search for directions to Crocker Barrel and the hotel is right next door. However the staff had sent the corrections to Google. It should work. If not, search direction of Crocker Barrel near the hotel's location.”

“I honestly hate leaving poor reviews, but I don't believe I have ever stayed somewhere quite this bad. The pool smelled terrible, and we ended up not using it. The room was disgusting, the bedspread had very interesting stains, and the mattress cover had huge brown stains all over it. The sheets themselves were clean. Bother the desk chair and the "comfy" chair were also extremely dirty. The towels were stained. The door was missing half of the safety lock, and I had to pick up the entire door...

“Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!”

“Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, motel food but good selection. Dog walking area was well kept and clean. Would stay here again with no hesitation. ”

“The manager and person checking us in lack kindness. The hotel is beautiful and the person who creates the breakfast buffet was lovely. Maybe talk to those at the front desk about treating their guests like guests! ”

“Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup. Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great. Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress. But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious.”
