Nestled in a serene, private wooded lot, Geneva Grove is the quintessential ranch-style home offering a delightful escape for up to 8 guests. This two-level home features accommodations with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a smart TV for streaming your favorite entertainment.

Main level has shower/tub combo and lower level has a walk-in shower.

Kids can revel in our spacious backyard with a fun slide, (no swings) and everyone can show off their skills at the basketball hoop. Dive into the refreshing waters of our private swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-September, not heated), or relax in the adjacent pool house, a perfect refuge during those sudden summer showers or to stay cool in the shade. After the kids have gone to bed, relax in the pool house and enjoy the outdoor ambience.

Dog-Friendly Policies:
We welcome up to 2 non-shedding dogs max, each dog under 50lbs, for an additional $200 dog fee. To keep the home in excellent condition, dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated if left alone at the property. Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

Please respect the quiet residential surroundings to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Note that the property includes a security doorbell camera for your safety and to verify occupancy without compromising your privacy.
