*Boat lift is meant for V Boats only, not pontoons. Boat Weight limit/MAX is 8,000lbs. Pontoons can be tied on the West side of the pier that have the bumpers installed.
*Please note, pier use is guaranteed Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Pier is removed after the summer season and stacked on the water front. Please inquire if any sooner/past that date.
*EV Plug Port is available in the garage- Cord Provided fits most EV Vehicles
*Tennis Court is shared with property behind home
*Kayak is available Memorial Day - Labor Day. Life Vests are required to be worn while on the kayak
*Neighborhood quiet hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
