The perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and location for your next group trip.



The Space:

Step inside this Lake Geneva house and discover a space designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment.



The heart of the home is the living area, featuring a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering on chilly evenings. Just off the living room, the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and a dining table for enjoying meals together.



For a little friendly competition, head to the game room with a pool table and foosball. It’s a fun space for guests of all ages.



This home includes four comfortable bedrooms:

- One with a king bed

- Two with queen beds

- One with a queen bed and a bunk bed, great for families or groups

- Two full bathrooms provide extra comfort and convenience.



Outside, enjoy the grill and outdoor space. It’s a great spot to relax or have dinner after a day exploring the Lake Geneva area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, the inviting living area featuring a cozy fireplace, and the game room complete with a pool table and foosball. Outside, enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor space for dining and relaxation. Free parking is available on the premises.

Tucked just outside the heart of Lake Geneva, this home offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, residential setting just five minutes from the energy of downtown. You'll enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the patio, while still being a quick drive from the lakefront, restaurants, nightlife, and seasonal events. The area is ideal for a wide range of guests—whether you're planning a relaxed family getaway or celebrating a milestone with your group. Popular local hangouts, including live entertainment venues and late-night spots, are nearby, but far enough that they don’t disrupt your stay. Looking for convenience? Grocery stores, cafes, and outdoor recreation are all within a short drive. And when you're ready to explore, downtown Lake Geneva’s shopping, beaches, and boat rentals are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

Navigating to our Lake Geneva house is straightforward. You'll find free parking right on the property. If you're flying in, General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is about a 90-minute drive. While Lake Geneva itself doesn't have extensive public transit, taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are easy to access. The vibrant downtown area, with its dining and shopping, is a short car ride away, as is the beautiful Geneva Lake. This makes it simple to explore everything Lake Geneva has to offer.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability—please reach out in advance to inquire.



Complimentary parking is available on the property.

This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours during the evening and overnight.

A BBQ grill is available for your use—guests are responsible for cleaning it after use.

Very beautiful house, very accommodating and great commutation. If something was needed, he would provide it within the hour, which is great. The utilities are all clean and new. Everything was great and clean and new. The garage idea is great for adults and kids with the pool table and all the games provided. The only little thing would be the bugs but that's nature because it's near a lot of trees and what so. I totally recommend and i myself would come again with my family.
