Novità dell'estate 2019: 2 paddleboard da utilizzare sul nostro lago calmo !!

Splendida nuova casa con soffitto della Cattedrale di 25 piedi, molte finestre,
vista lago da tutte le stanze, ampio soppalco sostenuto da un enorme legno antico
Fascio, enorme cucina moderna w / banconi in granito / bar per la colazione e
apparecchi a gas inossidabile, camera matrimoniale ha realizzato a mano
Letto a graticcio in legno antico, con balcone
con vista lago e portefinestre che si aprono con vista sul balcone
greatroom & Camino, bagno padronale con cabina doccia piastrellata, granito
controsoffitti, cabina armadio enorme, 2a camera da letto con letti a castello e pieno
letto matrimoniale, camera da letto al primo piano ha un letto matrimoniale. bagno al primo piano
con ripiani in granito. Ampio seminterrato finito con sala giochi con tavolo da air hockey e biliardino, bagno

Descrizione del 2BR 1 Bath Cottage del 1920 accanto: è stato completamente rinnovato nel giugno 2009. Ha garage annesso, aria centrale, cucina a gas, terrazza sul retro, veranda protetta, pozzo del fuoco e vista sul lago. Può essere affittato per un costo aggiuntivo insieme alla casa, può ospitare fino a 6 persone, ha solo un piccolo scaldabagno e un bagno.

Worth the money!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here! The house might be a little out dated so sure you might see something like a small hole in the wall from a previous shelf or something but definitely nothing that affected our visit! I texted that i might be arriving earlier and the owner made sure i had access to the property. The house was clean and looked exactly like pictures online. Everything was well stocked and we had no reason to contact the property manager which is the way its supposed to be. Some previous reviews talked about the noise from the bar but we couldn't hear anything from inside the house and not enough to complain about while on the back deck. You really can't beat this house this close to the water and the ability to share the experience with family! We'll definitely be back!

Great location

Layout was very nice. Location was great next to the “In the Drink” bar and was a very pleasant place and so were the other bars that are very close to the house within walking distance actually. Furniture was nice but had a few complaints about the beds being old and uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced. Some of the smaller trees along the drive need to be removed cause they scratch the vehicle while pulling in… master bed room was nice upstairs and shower was very nice!! Furniture is little outdated but functional. Was told foldout down in basement was very uncomfortable and just slept on couch. All in all it is priced right And would recommend this place to a friend and rent again….thanks!!!

Weekend Getaway for Wedding/Birthday

The house is very spacious, with a nice view & great location! Love the decks in different locations & the back yard is pretty private. Really appreciated using the beach pass & having the bar/restaurant right next door. Would definitely rent this space again!

The house was nice and big and in a great location. The public beach is approximately one mile away. The slip docks are good for fishing. The house was clean but in need of some minor TLC.

Wonderful house, better neighborhood

The house was in spectacular shape, situated right next to the water. But what really separated this from any other trip I’ve taken in recent memories Where the people In the area that this houses. Everyone was so nice so welcoming and I can’t wait to go back again.

We will be back!

We rented both houses and the entire group was 100% pleased with our stay. It was a girls-only weekend, but a few of us decided it would be great to come back again with our spouses. We really didn't want to leave the main house it was just gorgeous and our cup of tea. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Family fun at the lake

The property had everything we needed, The area was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 11. The flies were a nooses, close the doors quickly. I reached out to the property manager a week or so after I made the reservation, to inquire about the smaller house to invite additional guests, but never heard back. I tried a second time and still didn’t receive a reply to my request. Heard from property manager once final was due. Was giving entry instructions after payment was received. Property manager did check on us during our stay. Great location, because there was family from Wisconsin and Illinois. Would visit again.

A must stay location when visiting Lake Geneva!!

I arrived at the property with my 10 other family members and was pleasantly surprised at both the size and beauty of the home! Everything we needed was on site including dishes, towels bakeware etc. The owner quickly answered any questions we had and was very patient with our changing plans including the rental of the pontoon due to weather. We were just a few minutes from a large family friendly beach and 14 mins from downtown lake Geneva. The bar next door was completely quiet so no worries about rowdy bar traffic. The grill worked great and we enjoyed the burn pit outside for a little bon fire. We saw lots of baby deer around the neighborhood which the kids loved. I will 100% choose this location if ever in the area again!!

Fantastic Weekend!!!!

We loved the house and renting the pontoon. We had fun downstairs playing the games. The large table in the dinning area was perfect for the 6 adults playing cards at night. Two days on the pontoon was the best part of the weekend. Would love to rent again!!!!!!!

Delightful property

My five best friends and I spent the weekend in lake Geneva celebrating our 60th Birthday. This property was spacious and centrally located. Everything you needed was provided. The property owner was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back

Great place for a girl's weekend

The house seemed much larger in person than what I thought from the photos. Also, there is a bar directly next door which was nice to stop by while we waited for our other friends to show up. The house was quite nice -- one of the TVs mounted on the wall fell a bit from the mount, but the communication with the hosts was great. They responded quickly and showed up to fix the TV mount right away.

Lake Como Stay

The house was dirty. It appeared that the floors had not been swept in awhile. The ceiling fans and window blinds were covered in dust. The dish washer soap dispenser did not open during its cycle so we had to wash the dishes by hand. The coffee makers did not work well. The house had a lot of ladybugs, flies and spiders. The windows were covered in spider webs. The doors have gaps between the door frame and the door. In general the entire house is run down and needs attention. The description of the property states that a beach is near by. Calling the sand area by the lakes edge a beach is very misleading. The internet did not work. I would not reccomend staying at this propery.

just a suggestion

We needed extra bags for the comforters and linens we used. I was not aware of the clean up details because I was not in the kitchen, It would be helpful if there was a card or booklet where the key was. (I'm blind apparently and I didn't pay attention)

Perfect family house

Spacious with a GREAT great room! A full bathroom on each of the 3 levels and dining table where all 8 adults could eat together - we had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and Cass checked in with us by text the first night which was nice. Loved having the Keurig for coffee. Saw comments about the noise of the bar - it was not an issue - heard the bottles getting dumped a couple times a night, no big deal. Saw comments about little house condition issues - no big issues noticed - the house is in great condition. We enjoyed our weekend very much!

It Worked for Us!

Overall, this property was good and fit our needs. There was plenty of space for us to spread out in the house, and we liked the ability to walk to various lakeside establishments. BTW - we left a can of ground coffee in the freezer for the next guest's arrival - that was missing on our first morning. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Great family gathering spot!

House was clean and good sized to fit our family which was 9 people (6 adults and 3 kids and a dog). Great location just a quick walk to the water. They had paddleboards which the kids loved. Unfortunately their boat wound up in the shop but they were gracious to provide us with a gentleman who rents his boat out and ended up perfect. Wonderful boat and had a tube as well. Rented for two days and just had a blast. Good and bad to have the restaurant next door. Convenient for grabbing a bite or some bags of ice for the cooler but just need to be prepared for the late night occasional crashes of the dumpster being added to. We brought noise machines which we normally sleep with and it helped. Dog friendly which was great. The hosts are very gracious and accommodating and requests. Had an awesome experience nearby at Lake Geneva Canopy Tours and did ziplining. All in all a great family vacation spot especially for the price. Great memories had by everyone.
