Raduna la tua famiglia nella nostra casa storica della guerra civile, costruita nel 1863. La mia famiglia è solo la terza famiglia a possedere questa casa per i suoi 156 anni di vita. Torna indietro nel tempo, lascia il telefono in modalità muto e i computer nella loro custodia ... è tempo di rilassarsi.

Dal momento in cui attraversi la porta d'ingresso e vedi la scala curva, sai che questa casa è qualcosa di speciale. Immagina tutte le storie che sono state raccontate sulla veranda durante le lunghe serate estive. È tempo di aggiungere le tue storie a quelle già raccontate. Raduna la famiglia, prendi una sedia e condividi la tua storia di famiglia mentre ti muovi sulla veranda o intorno alla buca per il fuoco nel cortile sul retro.

Abbiamo ampiamente rinnovato la nostra casa negli ultimi due anni. Quindi prendi una sedia vicino al camino del salotto, siediti, rilassati, guardati intorno, pensa al tempo impiegato dall'artigiano per modellare le elaborate porte a scomparsa, i 5 pezzi di porte e finestre, le bellissime modanature a corona e il hardware meraviglioso della porta. Sotto tutto quel modanature fantasiose, dietro il bellissimo dipinto, sotto il pavimento in legno massello e il cuore del pavimento in pino al piano superiore c'è tutto il nuovo impianto elettrico, idraulico e riscaldamento / raffreddamento.

La nostra grande cucina / sala riunioni sarà l'epicentro di molti giochi di carte, conversazioni fino a notte fonda, colazioni pigre, pranzi facili e cene fantastiche. La camera familiare permette al divano di sentirsi come a casa guardando i film di The Ball Games il sabato e la domenica! Le battute non si fermeranno nella sala riunioni. Il soggiorno è un posto dove potrai goderti una conversazione tranquilla, leggere un buon libro o fare un meritato pisolino. Hai due master suite, una al 1 ° piano e una al 2 ° piano. Una stanza in polvere serve le stanze del piano principale. Due camere da letto aggiuntive al secondo piano che condividono un bagno. Ampio cortile per lanciare la palla o godersi il sole.

Abbiamo una griglia per barbecue nel patio posteriore per gustare le ricette segrete preferite della tua famiglia. C'è un tavolo e sedie con portaombrelli per il tuo pomeriggio. Il cortile posteriore ha una buca per il fuoco, quindi porta le riparazioni s'mores. I tuoi amici e i tuoi bambini faranno ricordi per durare una vita. Speriamo che tu voglia tornare anno dopo anno.

Lovely Home!

Absolutely love this home! Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and lake! Paul made staying here so easy, lovely inside with very comfortable beds, everything you need for a relaxing weekend by the lake.. stocked bathrooms and kitchen! Games, toys and tons of movies available. Although we did not cook during our stay the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would ever need to prepare a meal! I booked another stay in 2024 before leaving this home!! Thank you Paul!!

Nothing Short of Fabulous!

What an amazing property. Perfect location close to lake/beach and downtown area. Back yard and fire pit were the chosen hang out spaces for both kids and adults. Interior was spacious, comfortable and easily fit our family of 9. Fluffy towels and comfortable beds made it even better. Working with Paul was a breeze and hope to visit this property again in the near future!

AMAZING STAY!!!

We had a chill bachelorette party of 8 ladies and the house was GORGEOUS!!! You could tell they put a lot of pride and love into maintaining this space. The pictures do not even do it justice. It’s so open and comfortable. Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Paul is super quick to respond and the absolute best host!! I can’t wait to come back!! I couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Great family retreat

We enjoyed a wonderful three days in Lake Geneva reconnecting with our family from different states. The house was perfect for our group and so convenient to shops and restaurants in Lake Geneva. Parking can be a problem in the downtown area so being able to walk places was a big plus for us! The home had everything we needed and more! Thank you Paul for a wonderful stay!

Top Notch from Start to Finish

Friends Reunion Weekend was a success due in part to this host, house and the location. We all loved the house, and appreciated all of the gathering space. No details were forgotten in making it feel like home. Super walking location to the lake and downtown Lake Geneva. I don’t think I will ever have a more attentive VRBO host than Paul has been. We would highly recommend this home to anyone, and hope to return soon.

Perfect Lake Geneva House

Four ladies on a girls' trip. We all had our own bedroom, and two of us shared a bathroom. The house is perfectly located for anyone. It's literally a two-block walk to all the shopping and restaurants on Main Street. There's a nice large kitchen that was equipped with anything you'll need. The front porch with rocking chairs was the perfect place for morning coffee while waiting for the rest of the group to wake up. Pack your tennis shoes and go for a nice walk along the lakeshore. Paul, the host, is very prompt with responses and answered any question we had. Stop looking and book this place. You won't regret it.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

This home was perfect for our annual visit to Lake Geneva. It is very close to the public beach and a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed having the space to spread out while being able to prepare and enjoy meals together in the modern kitchen and large dining table. We loved the yard and fire pit for evenings together. We had everything we needed here from pots and pans to beach towels and floaties. I highly recommend this rental. The property and it’s owner are super!

Wonderful property in Lake Geneva!

We just spent a week here for a family reunion and birthday celebration. The location is incredible! Just a block to the beach and downtown. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It has a large well equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. Lots of different spaces and seating for conversations indoors and outside. We loved sipping on our coffee enjoying the morning breeze on the front porch. Paul, the owner was great to work with and very timely in responding. This is a great choice for a getaway at Lake Geneva. Highly recommend!

Better Than Advertised

The home and Paul both exceeded expectations and my expectations were high. Large home with all the amenities and the location could not be beat. This is a must stay if you are in Lake Geneva. You will not be disappointed.

Great Home in a Perfect Location

Family wedding week. Lovely older historical home in a lake resort town about three short blocks to the beach and town. Walkable to anywhere downtown. Children were delighted with the bunkers. Modernized bathrooms and lots of games and books for kids. Kind and responsive hosts with loads of extras, including grill, fireplace, beach toys and tags. We have lived in this town previously. It's fun to see it through the eyes of tourists and stay in a house we have admired for years.

The neighborhood is ridiculously close to the beach and to town. The pictures actually make the house seem smaller.....it's pretty comfy/sizable, especially for a house built in 1836,

Great experience.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the lake/beach and town. Plenty of space for friends and family. Owners were incredibly responsive. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, great house

We were really pleased with this property. Great location if you want to walk to the beach, to restaurants, and shopping. Very quiet street at night and comfortable beds that made for good sleeping. House was clean and well-stocked. Owners were gracious when we arrived a bit early which was appreciated.

Awesome house

House was exactly as advertised. House was well stocked with the necessities and was in a perfect location. We walked to the beach and downtown everyday. The character of the neighborhood is hard to beat and this property lets you feel that you are part of the community. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. Thanks for a great experience. Location, Location, Location

Enjoyed being within walking distance of beach, dock, restaurants, and shopping. We had five females and there was more than enough space for us. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Also, both upstairs and downstairs were more than adequately cooled. It was very hot during our stay, and we appreciated the well cooled house.

Had a golf trip with buddies and used Lake Geneva as central point. Owner/Paul was awesome to deal with. The house itself is fantastic. Clean, spacious, great location that allowed us to walk to bars/restaurants, and everything worked perfectly.

Awesome Owner, Awesome House, Awesome Location

We stayed at the property for about 4 weeks. From the initial contact throughout the entire stay the owner of the house was very easy to work with and checked in on us to make sure we were happy. I can not say enought about the positive experience. The house itself was recently updated and the interior combines the traditional landmark architecture with new renovations through out the house(most bathrooms have radiant floors). The front porch is great and the backyard has both a patio and big lawn. The location is perfect. You are a block from the main beach and a block from downtown. You can not beat the location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CONSIDER THIS HOUSE FOR YOUR NEXT GETAWAY.
