The space
With its convenient location and endless recreational opportunities, you'll create lifelong memories in this idyllic destination. The home is close to the Lake Como beach (which you will have access to), sand volleyball courts, boating docks, and several restaurants/bars. A short 13 minute drive or Uber ride will have you downtown Lake Geneva. Our home is ideal for families or friends groups seeking a clean and modern retreat for your lake vacation.

As you approach the home, you will notice that the home sits on a good size corner lot and there is ample room for parking several cars in the large driveway).

As you step inside the home, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting, and clean atmosphere. The home is only two years old and has modern finishes.

MAIN LEVEL

The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, large windows that fill the space with natural light, and a cozy fireplace, making it the ideal spot for unwinding after a day of exploration. Gather around with your loved ones to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or simply enjoy each other's company in this welcoming space.

Step onto the covered patio and savor your morning coffee as you take in the fresh morning Wisconsin breeze. The spacious yard offers plenty of room for outdoor activities and a grill for hosting barbecues with loved ones. Also, keep an eye out for our deer friends, as they like to visit the back yard in the early morning.

SECOND LEVEL/BEDROOMS

There are 4 bedrooms are on the second level, along with two full bathrooms.

• Primary: King Bed, Smart TV, on-suite full bath
• Bunk room: Full over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed pull out option
• Bedroom 3: Full Bed, Dresser, walk-in closet
• Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Dresser, closet

• Hair dryers, towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, flat screen smart TV, and on-suite full bath with walk in shower and dual sinks.

The bunk room is a perfect hang out for the kids in your group but can also comfortably sleep several couples or individuals. The room has a full over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed pull out option. There's a large flat screen TV and toy box in the closet.

There are two spare bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. Both rooms have large empty dressers and closets to store clothes.

OUTDOORS

There is a firepit area to the left of the garage that can be used (please mind quiet hours and bring or purchase your own firewood).

The garage is equipped with a dart board and flat screen smart TV.

The backyard space is large for yard games.

OTHER AMENITIES

To enhance your stay, we provide a range of amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and ample parking space. Our goal is to ensure your utmost comfort and convenience throughout your entire stay.

We have a custom Trip Guidebook for the home that we will provide to you electronically and a physical copy at the house. The guidebook includes:
• Information about the house
• Check-in/Check-out information
• Information about the area including local attractions
• Restaurant recommendations
• Ideas for things to do with kids

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Our home has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent pods available for your use. We also have an ironing board and iron in the primary bedroom closet.
• We keep a first aid kit in the downstairs bathroom for minor cuts and scrapes
• The home is kid friendly and we have some toys and books onsite for their entertainment. We do have stairs, so if you need to block the stairs, please bring your own baby gate.
• We provide a Keurig with K-cups, splenda, and coffee syrups.
• All the TVs are smart TVs. Bring your own login and enjoy any standard app.
• We provide a grill with propane and grilling utensils.
• We have a firepit for your use but unfortunately have no way of keeping firewood stocked onsite so please bring or purchase your own.

Lake Geneva itself is a treasure trove of recreational possibilities. Spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming in the lake. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside promenade, explore charming boutiques, or indulge in waterfront dining at the nearby restaurants. Golf enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with numerous world-class golf courses in the vicinity.
Guest access
You will have private access to the whole home, garage, yard, and patio area.
Other things to note
As a guest of the home, you have access to the Lake Como Beach Association amenities. This beach includes a playground, public grills, picnic tables and much more! You are able to enjoy adult drinks while at the beach, so grab your towels and pack a cooler and go enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Como.

The local area is golf-cart friendly.
