Hotel per fare shopping a Lake Geneva

“Since it was the off season we were one of the only people staying at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and still made us a wonderful breakfast each day including a lovely green smoothie. Free bottles of water every day and on top of the included breakfast there would be soup and cookies in the lobby every afternoon. “The event was nicely done on Saturday. Love the mansion. Drinks were very difficult to get, longs lines, not enough staff or areas to get a drink. There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. ”

“All staff members encountered were engaging and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The property is dated and in need of renovation, bur overall a good experience. ”

“such a great dog friendly hotel, we are on his "final tour" giving him new places to sniff and building memories. Our room was convenient to get him outside for his "duty". The elevator was a bit difficult to get into with our "wagon" but we managed.”

“Only a few hours away but a great get away. Very relaxing and loads of cute shops/ boutiques, bars, eateries in walking distance from the Cove. Super clean and large! It will be our new get away. ”
