Case in affitto a Lake Hamilton

“Exterior: Parking spaces were spacious. Location was excellent. A convenient store was just a few houses down from us. Distance to Legoland was only only 10 minutes away. The property is on a lake, but would have been nice to have better visibility from the back-facing bedrooms. The view would’ve been spectacular if the shrubs adjacent to the lake were trimmed.Interior: Washer and dryer worked well. AC worked wonderfully. Bedding was very clean and comfortable. “Pedro was responsive to quickly and kindly agreed to let us check in early. The property overall is as pictured. It is part of a duplex and the neighbors got a little loud in the middle of the night. The couches are NOT as pictured. They were dirty, stained and not usable. We were only there 2 nights and really just needed a place to sleep, so I would rate this property as ok. I personally would not return for the reasons listed above.”

“The place was very nicely kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. It had a welcoming feel and was overall a great place to relax. The only downside was the lack of access to basic cleaning tools like a broom, as well as no washer and dryer available, which would have made the stay more convenient—especially for longer visits. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again, but having those amenities would definitely improve the experience.”

“Great property!”

“The house is well updated and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating in. Lovely view of the lake from 2 bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Caretakers of property across street and also helpful and welcoming. Only 40-45 minutes from Disney. Was a good home base for our 12 day stay. Neighborhood generally quiet and friendly.”

“This is a two unit duplex style property. I didn’t see that anywhere on the site when I rented it - but it’s a great little place!! We will stay there again! This is the smaller of the two. If Mike to rent the other half sometime to compare.”
