Hotel a Lake Hamilton

“So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Marissa from the Sandy castle restaurant was great, as well as Aria (master builder)...

“We had no hot water in the shower .better breafast. Better maintenance around the property .”

“This is a very barebones facility. Expect very little accommodation particularly at night when the lobby is closed and all services are executed through a night window. It must be noted that the room was in rather good condition and the cleanliness of the facility was overall good. There just is not much in regards to amenities or convenience items.”

“Aside from the toilet seat being broken it was a great place to stay if you’re not familiar with the property, it can be a little difficult to find if you’re coming in at night”

“Room was clean, breakfast was great, the coffee was super hot and burned my hand pretty bad but other than that it was a great stay. The staff gave me some burn cream and gauze for my hand that got burned from the coffee dispenser in the lobby.”
