“Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat. We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed. Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.”

“Place was as described. Only thing i would recommend is a little more attention to detail during turnover cleaning as we found nail clippings and foot splatter on the wall. We loved the setting after our long days being able to be on the water, had manatees swim by us a couple times. Still recommend and would stay again!”

“We went to stay here but something inside of me said to call and check if they had my reservation and they did not pick up the phone for two weeks till I sent them a text message asking that’s when they informed us that they had closed for the season. I do not regimented booking with them at all. Very disappointed. I did not find out they were closed till 24hours before I was supposed to stay with them. ”

“By far the best time in Key West!! More importantly the best time with friends and fam. Got the boat to celebrate a 50th bday and it was beyond amazing. The hosts/staff were available, fun and unobtrusive! We truly never had a need that went unfulfilled. The Perry hotel was convenient, food was great, and the bars were so convenient. We did a sunset cruise with Alex That I still owe a five star rating too… I can’t figure out how to just give him a rating!! either way we will for sure do it again...
