“The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere, and it smelled fresh and inviting. The bed was divine!! Staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was on the first floor, just off the lobby and facing the front of the hotel so there was a little bit of road noise and some loud people in the hallway - nothing a white noise machine couldn’t muffle, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a room in a quieter area. “This hotel was clean and the customer service was friendly upon checking in and during the stay. However, checking out the young lady wasn't so pleasant & friendly. Very cold it could be it was too early in the morning, which is totally understandable. The rooms were beautiful with the updated decor. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. “We had the absolute best time at the Legoland Pirate Island Hotel with my two little boys (5 and 7). The lobby is so much fun (they loved playing in the castle with other kids and building lego), we enjoyed the PJ Dance Party at night and a little show before that.
