“The only thing we liked about this hotel was the pool for the kids and the shuttle to MOA. I can see why they are renovating this hotel- it needs a lot of work. Its old and needs an upgrade. The pictures online made it seem like this was a really nice place but very misleading. The lobby is very small along with our room. The carpet in our room was just gross. Didn't want to sit on the sofa bed. The "free" breakfast was disgusting and very limited choices. Should have stayed at the Embassy...

“Very clean and comfortble room. I had the best beef dip sandwich that I have EVER had downstairs at the bar. Nice and convenient. Worth the extra money to be located INSIDE the airport. Great for a 6 am flight!”

“I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!”

“The property was well maintained, it’s right off a major highway, and close proximity to local businesses for entertainment. The staff were friendly all around. We were delighted with a clean room, bathroom, and working A/C. Swimming pool & hot tub was put into good use and they provide towels. Overall, we had a good experience.”

“This is my third or fourth time staying here for early flights and to take advantage of the shuttle. It is very quiet, the room was spotless, check-in was seamless with a couple chocolate chip cookies to boot! I left early before breakfast so I can't speak to that. It was great to have both IHOP and TGIF directly connected for a choice of supper the night before.”
