“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Everything was amazing very nice location, super clean and very nice staff, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was the time for the breakfast is to short, we travel all night long, and we want to sleep a little bit more but the breakfast ends at 9am. That was very inconvenient, but the rest was great.”

“Went down for breakfast two different mornings once at 850am and the other at 855am both times were told that they close the breakfast at 9am why so early? also the doors to the room where we stayed were hard to open and would pull out of your hands and slam shut.I returned to the room with dinner and while opening the door it pulled out of my hand and knocking my food from my had and upon trying to catch the food and door the door slammed my hand into the closing of the door and sill. “Not very clean. The first room we had, was dirty, mold in the shower toothpaste on the sink, curly hair in the sink, electric wires hanging from the ceiling. Had to go to the front desk. They changed our room. But mold in the shower, gritty dirt on the floors. I cleaned the room. Scrubbed the shower. Our stay was 7 days our bed was not changed.”
