“Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. ”

“The gentleman at check-in was phenomenal. The location was perfect, the tranquility was superb, the surrounding nature was gorgeous, it was comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. We want to come back. ”

“The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. ”

“We had an excellent stay at the Lake Louise Inn. On arrival we ended up upgrading our room for more space, and it was worth the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my kids loved going to the pool every night. We loved the proximity to many popular lakes and trails. ”

“The staff are fantastic. The setting is spectacular. A few places need a bit of TLC like the room bathroom but you just need to embrace that you’re not in a big city 5 star resort it’s just a bit different and that’s ok. Do not drive up the emerald lake road without snow tires between November thru April.”
