“We loved everything about the place! Friendly hosts. Lovely shop in office. Small hockey rink. The jacuzzi suite was fantastic! Would love to come back some day!”

“The gentleman at check-in was phenomenal. The location was perfect, the tranquility was superb, the surrounding nature was gorgeous, it was comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. We want to come back. ”

“The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. ”

Loft bedroom has a ladder, and no bathroom up there. Loved the wood burning stove in the cabin. “Amazing location. We stayed in the main lodge, but there are separate cabins. The view of the nearby moutains is incredible. The lodge is off-grid, but they generate their own power. There is a river within walking distance. An artesian spring bubbles up from the parking area. The water in the area is blue from minerals. It's right in the heart of the Rockies near Golden, BC. It's well worth the visit. Staff is helpful and accommodating. We had a nice chat with the manager.”
