“good location. The toilet stopped working properly and after reporting to from desk nothing was done.”

“My hotel room TV would not let me use any streaming apps, when I called the front desk the representative was very rude and unhelpful. Without streaming, the TV only had around 40 channels, so the options for watching were abysmal. I switched hotels after one night.”

“We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

“The air conditioning was out in all the common areas our whole stay, including the gym and breakfast area. The temperature inside the hotel was 86 degrees and miserable. They did not mention this at check in before we could get our money back, which I think is very misleading. The first day, the worker said management won’t allow any fans in the gym. There was no air flow and the thermostats said 87degrees, so there was no way to safely work out. You couldn’t even eat the sad continental...

“Could use some remodeling fresh paint. My stay was ok staff was great especially miss Bonnie she was always willing to assist our needs.”

“Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.”

“We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great.”

“Terrible place, front desk was not staffed. Arrived at 9:30 and waited until 10:15 for someone to come down to check me in. No towels in room ( was told they would bring some up, and they never showed up). Curtains had holes, toilet did not work right, had to remove lid to flush toilet. Room door was wide open upon check in. The place smelled horrible.”

“Callled ahead to say I was arriving late because of a plane delay... took 10 minutes to find some at the front desk at 2:00 in the morning cuz they were asleep. Then the credit card machine didn't work for my $50 deposit I almost fell asleep standing up person had no idea what she was doing room was filthy dirty. Supposed to have breakfast until 9:30 I got down there at 9:20 and they already had shut it down. This place sucks”
