“We stayed at this beautifully updated property for a weekend wedding and it was perfect! Located in downtown Fulton, we had access to restaurants just across the street and within a block or two for options. The pictures and description are true to reality, spacious, clean, comfortable and great for just relaxing a visiting. Our contact Chance was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Such a good experience.”

“Good things: breakfast was okay. Juanita was very helpful and empathetic. Bad things: weekend manager and front desk was unhelpful, full of excuses, and blamed the customers for faults of the hotel. Sheets had a stain that we asked to be changed immediately, which wasn’t taken care of til we asked 3 times. An ant infestation was never taken care of, and we somehow transported ants into our cars. We couldn’t find the tv remote, and the staff blamed us. We were given a key to a room that was...

“Overall I enjoyed my stay. My main issues were with their parking garage. It closed at night and was chained off on both sides so my car was trapped. I had an event that night that I had to walk to due to this. Staff never gave me an explanation for this….. the room was great and the restaurant up top was fantastic. We had an amazing server and used the bar one night too. Bar tender was the nicest lady. Honestly it would have been 5 stars had they not nearly caused me to miss my event. But...

“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared...

“Staff was great. Breakfast was way better than the typical Fairfield breakfast…more options which was nice! My only complaint isn’t just for this Fairfield but all of them collectively…would it kill you to put a comfortable chair in each room? All they ever offer is a very uncomfortable waiting room style chair. How about a cheap recliner? I think Marriott has it in the budget…”
