“I had reserved a suite, the room was very dirty, missing hair dryer, dirty floor, stains on walls etc.. I asked if we could change rooms and they did allow us to do so. The second room was equally as dirty but in different ways. Stained bedding, looks like it was used, dirty sink, dirty floor with little things all over it. “The staff was pathetic and rude! Refused to literally provide us with wash cloths. Pool had fire alarm going off and ignored and lights were not turned on even when asked. Absolutely the worse stay I have ever had! Changed rooms because of dirty linens and second room had dirty bed linens as well!”

“This place is a dump. Almost EVERY guest room door has peeling paint. There is garbage and cig. butts all over the parking lot. My room had 1 small desk light for the entire room and one of the bulbs was missing. There was peeling paint on the room ceiling and bathroom door. One bathroom ceiling panel was missing and another had bad water stains. The bathroom towel rod was missing. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the showerhead. Bathtub drain didnt work and the tub was filling...
