“Clean room, decent breakfast options and easy parking.”

“Elevator was broken. Vending machine wouldn’t work. Very tiny rooms. Blinds in the window didn’t help. There was an outdoor light right outside our window and even with the blinds fully closed the room was lit up very bright at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would not stay here again.”

“Pos- Convenient location , clean room. Appreciated breakfast. Neg- Pool was closed and property could use a bit of sprucing up.”

“We had a non-smoking room that had a bedspread with cigarette burns. We were on our last leg of returning home. Used to having shampoo and conditioner available at the hotel, but none at this one. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles, which was good. I had expected more! The maintenance folks were working diligently to get the AC working in the breakfast room. We made our waffles and found a much cooler place to eat them! Pool area was more like a sauna-the AC units that were being worked on...

“Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.”

“The room had a slight smoke smell. A couple of the towels were dirty.”

“I was charged twice for the room. Once through expedia once through the motel. I was told by the man when I checked out that I was only charged the one time. Obviously he lied. Will never stay at this motel again.”

“No bed bugs didnt stay at all walked in room and turned around and left ”

“The problem we had was that Expedia sold us a queen bed room but when we got there we were put in a standard bed room . It was smaller and on top of that the single bed squeaked when we moved. Not satisfied for those reasons”

“The property was fine but there was no breakfast like advertised. Only coffee and tea, which was a bummer.”

“The upstairs AC units in the room and hallways were turned off during a heat wave. Took 2 days to cool the room down and the hallway never cooled down. Shower faucet was dripping constantly, toilet was constantly running and refilling, and the desk chair was broken.”

“Lucked into this after catching Jamey Johnson at Renfro Valley. Typically spend twice as much to spend a night but certainly won’t be doing that when in this area again. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet night, and hot shower in the morning. Checks all the boxes. You can book w/o hesitation.”

“Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms.”

“This was a great hotel, right off the interstate in Berea. It was extremely clean, staff were very helpful; the recommendation for the local restaurant, the Dinner Bell, was spot-on for a great meal. Breakfast was set up well and was well-attended. We will stay here again if traveling the area.”
