“My stay here as a solo traveler was the best decision I made for my trip. Dave and Shami were so friendly, kind, welcoming, and just genuinely good people. The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. The breakfast spread was incredible and it was lovely to spend some time talking to other travelers about where they’re from and get ideas. I absolutely plan to come back again and recommend this place to anyone passing through Rotorua.”

“The property was cozy, the staff was helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and areas were very cleaned and maintained well. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the lakeside hot tub as well that was very clean although the light there looks like it needs to be replaced. Would be a great spot for large groups as well.”

“This is a great hostel in Rotorua. The staff are so friendly and showed us round on arrival. They have recently renovated the place and continue to put money into it and it shows. Everything was super clean and the heater in the room was excellent. Great value stay. Thanks :)”

“The hotel was okay .The kitchen area was cleaned but cups were not cleaned properly. Moreover, when we entered in the room we saw bed sheets was not fresh. On the bed sheet alot of hairs it looks like they haven’t changed the top bedsheet that was very disappointing.Overall,not recommended if your looking for clean room.”

“Ostello in pieno centro a Rotorua con possibilità di prendere come la nostra camere matrimoniali con bagno privato chiaramente a un prezzo maggiore. Camere abbastanza piccole ma funzionali, camera pulita anche se in bagno abbiamo trovato un capello non nostro.....letto comodo...alla reception Ping pong e biliardo gratuito e offerte di tante escursioni a prezzi scontati!!! Personale molto accogliente”

“Un hotel elegante, ben tenuto e con un bel design. Stanza estremamente grande e comodissima. Parcheggio comodo fuori e una bella ricca colazione. Ho apprezzato molto i roll di pasta sfoglia sia dolci che salati che sono realizzati a mano e non sono surgelati. Ti chiedono un orario di riferimento per garantirti il posto a sedere, dato che non ne hanno molti. ”
