“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay. “The room itself was nice and clean however there were ants all in the bathroom. The spa pool was lovely in big however it didn’t work when trying to turn it on. The staff were nice and friendly and very welcoming. Had a great touch with the coffee machine within the room itself.”

“Lovely place, impeccably clean, it had everything you could need, the parking was easy, everything was close by, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was great! Would definitely recommend. ”

“Friendly staff, loved the room but some things needed some attention. Hot tub was a HUGE bonus. Already planning our next couples trip and leaving the kids behind to have that Hot tub to ourselves. Close to the RSA with great food and easy to find. ”

“I was a little disappointed with my stay overall. The amenities seemed to be in need of some maintenance, which made basic things like showering more difficult than expected. I was also advised at the time of booking that a late check-out could be arranged on arrival, however when I enquired at the hotel, I was told this wasn’t available. It would have been helpful to have that clarified earlier when planning my stay”

Ho apprezzato molto i roll di pasta sfoglia sia dolci che salati che sono realizzati a mano e non sono surgelati. Ti chiedono un orario di riferimento per garantirti il posto a sedere, dato che non ne hanno molti. ”

“it was a lovely, clean and a central location. only stayed one night but would have loved to use the thermal pools also. the bbq can use some help but the kitchens and bathrooms were in a immaculate state. really loved our stay”

“Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it. Cheap but dated. Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that. Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs. Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook. ”

“Room was clean and staff was courteous. Walls are thin and guests next door were loud and arguing late into the night. Fixtures need updating and a bathroom fan could be helpful. Parking was extremely tight, especially if arriving last or late. FYI, motel resides in area of town that does smell of strongly of sulfur.”
