“Handy for where we wanted to be Parking was great Staff friendly Kitchen was on the small side. Rubbish bin needed a lid. Floor in the bathroom was very slippery but we were given lots of bath mats. Beds were comfy. No noise from other guests.”

“A notre arrivée il n'y avait personne, nous ne savions pas comment faire le cheek-in, pas d'indication. La porte d'entrée avait un interphone mais nous ne comprenions rien nous sommes français. Le badge ainsi que la clefs était dans une box codé à l'intérieur. C'est une couple qui nous a permis d'entrer et de récupérer le badge et la clefs de notre appartement”

“There was a leak under the basin in the bathroom. We didn’t ask for wheelchair access in the bathroom but we were put in one which wasn’t useful for us as it just wet up all over the bathroom floor and there was not enough towels to dry out. It was late night so we didn’t bother to ring the reception.”

“Good, accomodation for the rugby, only issue was not have a reception onsite and having to go grab a key from another motel.”

“The apartment was well appointed, nice small kitchen with everything necessary for a short stay. Good size tv for the size of the lounge and a heatpump - that once we figured out how to get it going was effective as the temperature dropped quickly now we are headed into winter. Bed was comfortable and a good size room with large wardrobe, extra pillows and blankets. Overall a great little apartment with parking right outside. The downstairs apartment we had was around the side with no view...

“Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Units, rooms are spacious, clean n cosy with awesome kitchen facilities, very comfortable sofa n ample parking. Highlight was the spa tub after a long day on the road n affordable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We met Bing upon arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. We had only booked for one night, as we had brought a friend from Thames to the hospital for an operation. In the end Bing was able to facilitate our stay for 3 nights. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay there. There is free parking on site, and the accommodation is well located for in and around Hamilton. We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hamilton for short of medium length stays.”

“We love our stay here. Not only coffee and tea, they do have chocolate provided. They do have dish soap available in the kitchen which is nice. The room is cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again when we're in Hamilton.”
