“Comfortable place if you’re looking for something affordable without fuss. There’s no 24-7 front desk but management is very responsive via phone. Relatively clean. People just need to follow the rules and keep common area clean. Most people bring their dirty habits with when they travel, but for the most part, the facility does well with keeping the property clean and safe. I have been here a few times and plan for more stays.”
“I like staying at The Suites in Duluth, MN. The hotel is by many restaurants and shopping. We like going to the Lift Bridge to watch the ships come in. Check in was fast.The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is wonderful and they have a nice breakfast. Eggs, meat, cereals, bagels, waffles,fruit, juice, and milk. The Suites has a nice pool and hot tub. We definitely will stay there again.”

“Our stay was made much easier as staff were helpful and welcoming. check and out very easy. rooms were clean and comfortable.
This was our first time in Duluth. we will be back! Thank you all.”
“The negative is the room didn’t match the photos shared when booking. We had a room with just 2 beds. I booked the room with the impression there would be a "mini kitchen" and sitting room.
The kids loved the continental breakfast and the pool. Having Heggies Pizza onsite was a win.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Hot tub worked but less than half of the jets worked. Room was nice and clean. TV worked great. Plenty of electrical outlets to plug in your charging devices. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was good. ”
