“We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. ”

“This property is exactly as described. Very family friendly, pet friendly. Unfortunately the people before us left a bit of a mess with trash and dog feces, but overall the stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there!!”

“Property was just as shown, typical traditional Tahoe style cabin!! Bathrooms were modern and updated. Loved that each room had a tv also! Comfortable king bed, nice living room set up! The master does get a little cold, but extra space heaters are provided and really helped! We loved our stay!”

“The property is in an awesome location. It's just a couple minute walk to all of the attractions of state line. Not having to pay for parking at the casinos was great. You can also walk to the Lakeside dock area to go to the beach, rental stores, or restaurants. The property itself was spacious, with 5 bedrooms, a dining room/living room combo area and a full kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals. “We enjoyed our stay for a weekend in Incline Village. The place is very nice. It has a big kitchen and lots of communal space which was great for cooking, eating meals, and playing games. There are lots of places to sleep and plenty of towels and blankets for several guests. There’s a nice outdoor porch right on the golf course. It’s also in really close proximity to restaurants/groceries and the beaches. We had great communication with the owner, Kalen, who was very helpful and easy to reach....

“Easy process to check in and check out. Having the full kitchen helped as well. Did replace tv remote batteries, hottub could have used a cleaning. I think the other seperated units are a better bet. Walls are thin and hearing the next door neighbors all day and night got a bit tiring. With all that said though it was a very clean and well kept place. Close to the main street and lots to choose from shopping and dinning wise. Plenty of towels and the extra pillows and blankets came in handy....

“Great stay for 2 nights and an excellent location. Check in and check out process was easy. The kids stayed upstairs. Def take note of the low ceiling but the kids loved it. Would def recommend and stay again!”
