Great staff and service throughout the stay. The location was very convenient and the hotel was generally quiet, allowing for good rest at night. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide variety and very good quality. The only downside was the room: it felt a bit dark and the bathroom tended to flood while taking a shower. Overall, still a very pleasant experience.

"If you like a beautiful peaceful lake setting with lots of fish to catch, you can't beat this house near Grass Valley CA. The accommodations were top notch and the host made it easy. We were out early on the kayaks every morning and caught fish (large mouth bass and sunfish) all around the lake. ..."
