“Enjoyed the setting, which feels remote but is just a short drive from the main business center of Vashon. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. There is a 3-5 minute walk from the road where you park, so pack light. The walk is mostly on pavement, but to enter yurt you’ll take a few steps on the forest floor and up about the height of one stair to a wood platform. “Spent a couple getaway days celebrating my husband's birthday. Had a perfect evening canoe ride checking out the immediate area around us, had barbequed burgers and steaks watching the fire and the water! Awesome access to kayaks and trying this with our pup! The camp has a nice set up for our dog to play, stay within view and be able to swim! We loved sipping coffee with all the doors open and taking in the view! Anything we needed was perfectly labeled and we didn't need to bring anything...

“The house is very roomy and quite comfortable. It sits very close to the water and has considerable deck space to sit outside. Our stay was brief, but we would definitely enjoy this spot for a longer stay in the future. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Chelsea is a responsive host.”
