The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

The small stream and trails were a nice touch. Would be the perfect place to rent out for a wedding, family reunion or friends' weekend. My pup gives it 4 paws up & a tail wag.”
