“Property is under construction. Started at 6:30 in the morning so hope you don’t want to sleep in. Breakfast that’s included is coffee and tea. If you include breakfast you should be able to chew it! No ice machine on property. They allow animals in all the rooms. Our bed skirts had white dog hair on them. Front desk staff could care less about our concerns or complaints. Only positive I can give is location. Close to shopping and freeway. ”

“The staff’s communication was excellent. They sent texts to guests when orcas were seen across from the property and when there was a very early (4:00 am) power outage. The room was also very clean and comfortable. ”

“I give this property a chance every time I’m in Olympia, but am giving up after this last stay. The beds are akin to sleeping in straight up plywood (multiple room tries over several months, same hard beds); the thermostat gives you either 74 degree heat or a/c at 70, no in between; heavy, heavy doors that slam all night, and have to hear neighbors “relaxing”. The final straw, however, (and this is an ongoing issue over a few years now) is the breakfast. It states it runs from 6:30AM to 9:00AM,...

“I was happy with this stay. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating, which is absent in most hotels. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast! Air and heating worked very well. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years.”
