“The staff is not well trained -- the person at the front desk was a nervous wreck and couldn't focus on helping me for about 10 minutes. Do not recommend this hotel.”

“The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.”

There is NO restaurant on the premise that serves dinner even though it claims it does. They sell a breakfast coupon claiming it's well made from a restaurant and it is actually a very small and disheveled continental breakfast.
