“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. “Older hotel, but is has been very well maintained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again when in the area. very good location and easy to find.”

“We got there and our key card didn’t work so we had to have a staff member open our room with a master key, when we got in the room there was hair in the “freshly cleaned” beds. The bathroom didn’t have a lock so the door would swing open which invaded privacy, the sink had old food in the drain from someone prior, there was a broken window from someone who was “drunk” people also LIVE HERE… there was cat trees outside of the “hotel rooms” people moving in the same day we were going to stay,...

“Old and run down, smelled like stale cigarettes, wallpaper in room was peeling, bathroom counter and toilet lid had cigarette burns on them. Towels had stains. Carpet coming off the stairs.”

“We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.”
