“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. Al che iniziando a sentirmi...

“Room was obviously not vacuumed. Blankets are so thin you are practically just using a sheet. Couldn’t get TV to work. Staff was nice though. ”

“My flight got cancelled and I was a day late checking in. I contacted two numbers to notify the hotel but the front desk didn’t receive the notice. They had us down for a no show and cancelled our reservation. The employee working the desk went above and beyond to give us rooms and said his manager will fix the issue in the morning. He was so professional and courteous. I was very pleased on how this was handled. Thank you!”

“You pay for what you get. I guess. Didn’t realize anything under $70 is just not a great experience nowadays. It wasn’t clean. The staff was nice at least. ”

“It was not a good experience. I needed a fully equipped kitchen which is why I chose to stay there but once arriving, no pots or pans or anything to use. You only get one set of towels or you have to pay for extra?! That’s crazy! No room service. The bathroom was Dirty , no blow dryer or soap and the tv didn’t work. We didn’t let that affect our vacation time but I will not be coming back. Would not recommend!”

“We booked this hotel based off of the reviews and it didn’t miss! Incredibly clean, the staff is so friendly, the breakfast was bomb and well kept. Can’t beat the value! And the drive to the city was not bad at all in the mornings that we stayed. Would stay here 10 out of 10 again!”

“Distante da Chicago ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, la stazione del treno dista a15 minuti di auto, zona bellissima e sicura dove lasciare tranquillamente l'auto, se dovessimo rivisitare la città avendo noleggiato un'auto è l'ideale .personale cortese e hotel ben tenuto.la colazione vale.”
