“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. Al che iniziando a sentirmi...

“Room is very, very basic, small dining table, full size fridge, and micro wave, unstocked kitchen, no dishes or cookware. No paper products aside from toilet paper, and only a bar of soap in the bathroom. Double mattress as stated, on a raised metal frame. Limited office staff time. Difficult access from the south.”

“Room was clean and in order, bathroom room was cleaned very well and stocked. Staff was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast and busy but food service staff were right there cleaning and stocking all the food item. I enjoyed my stay, and will continue to use as my vacation relaxation spot. ”

“We got at Pure Wellness room. Air purifier in room along with hypoallergenic pillows was just right. Hot Breakfast had a good selection and front desk staff were very helpful at check in.”

“We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.”
