Additionally, I found the customer service I received from the front desk associate to be unprofessional. “Bottom sheet had 3 circle spots on it ranging from 2 and half inch down to 1inch. Informed desk and was given sheets and had to change ourselves. Shower had mold spots on soap shelf(3) and base wall had 4inches near drain wall. Was told cant do any comp because booked thru Expedia... Not happy”

“Nice, clean hotel. Decent breakfast. I found the mattresses and pillows to be very hard and uncomfortable. Difficult to maintain a constant desirable temperature in the room - it would go from cold to hot and back to cold routinely. Housekeeping staff continued to knock on the door in the morning, even though we weren't checking out & had the "do not disturb" sign posted.”

Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up.
