“Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

“There was absolutely no toilet tissue in our room when we arrived, which was a frustrating inconvenience in itself. But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away.”

The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...
