“The property is good, staff were nice, and parking was good too. However, it's not good that the room does not have a refrigerator. I was told to pay $20 to get one. but somehow, a lady (senior i believe) gave it to me as a complimentary. Secondly, the pillows were way too soft like baby pillows. A request to get an extra for support was turned down on the grounds that the cleaners already left. Third, not a single bottle of water was placed in the room as i havd to go and buy at the canadian...

“Great well lit parking and nice desk staff. Bathroom floor has a build up of dirt in corners especially beside toilet. Carpets are worn dark grey prompting us to search for bed bugs but found none on the old mattresses. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Bedding and towels seemed clean. ”

“Room and hallways were despicable dirty. Carpets were nor vacuumed since building was opened. Hotel manager was hostile and rude. Front desk staff just waved you off without words. Walking on the carpet in the room was like walking on sand. Pieces of paper and cramps were on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Hotel manager thought it was excerptible condition. At breakfast water brought me cautery wrapped in napkin that had oil stains and remnants of someone else breakfast. When I...

“Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. They saved us from the nightmare that would have been navigating Toronto by car after hearing we were going to the aquarium. As for the food, there was nothing to complain about. It was fresh,...

“Clean room, friendly staff”

“Property is very well placed; several restaurants, close to highway, and close to shops and malls. Great breakfast options a d timeframe to eat on weekdays and weekends was great. Parking lot is huge so a lot of spots to park in. Staff were amazing as usual - been here a few times - and I would come back again. The rooms are very clean and the size and amenities are wonderful.”
