“The location and views were incredible! It was so great being right on the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. “The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!!”

“Great Property, Perfect location! Pool and backyard are one of the nicest we’ve encountered on AMI. Walkable to every thing. Bean Point access at the end of the street. “We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night.”

“Perfect location across the street from the beach access. Management company slow to respond to issues with refrigerator and Wifi. Couldn't use freezer for most of the week and Wifi was never repaired the last 3 days of trip. Disappointing given the cost of this high-end rental where I would expect to be able to use the freezer to store groceries for the week. Instead we had to throw most of them out.”

“5 of us stayed a week for a 60th birthday celebration ... we had a slight snafu with the door code accessing the property at checkin but it was resolved super fast and everything else was spot on! .. “My husband and I met our daughter and granddaughter in Florida for a week and this was the perfect set up for our gathering. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the pool. “The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
