“First of all, nothing to say about the hotel: very beautiful rooms, excellent cleanliness, excellent services, and pleasant staff. The breakfast, for people without intolerances, is also very rich and good.
However, a serious issue: I had asked the facility before booking if there were solutions for celiacs, and I was told that the hotel always had gluten-free bread, muffins, and other dishes available.
Unfortunately, we found that only bread was available, and it was not protected from...

“Not as expected. Very noisy air-conditioning and the clubs downstairs play music until the morning. I had to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones... The staff tries hard but the overall quality of the hotel and the noise compromise the stay.
Talcum powder on the bed was not very nice...
I believe there are better options in different areas of the city.
I suggest to spend less and go to easier places or spend more and go to a five star hotel.”

“Hotel molto bello, situato in una zona piena di ristoranti e locali soprattutto per la sera. La camera e' molto spaziosa e anche il bagno, wifi gratuita e ben funzionante, personale gentile, pulizia ottima. Potrebbero migliorare un po' di più' la colazione ma andava tutto molto bene.”

“Esperienza molto positiva, l'unica cosa che mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso che al momento del check-in mi hanno detto che quando io feci la prenotazione della camera le camere non fumatori erano già tutte prenotate, perciò mi hanno dato una camera fumatori con il trattamento di refresh. Nel complesso molto bene, bellissimo soggiorno.”

“The front desk, staff, or is absolutely amazing young gentlemen upgraded my room to a corner suite. The room was huge the king size bed in the middle lots of closet spaceb safe in the room, windows all the way around the room nice couch with ottoman and table and desk and refrigerator. The only thing missing that would've been a nice feature. Was the microwave oven to reheat any leftover from the restaurants they have a laundry service that was real affordable. I did not use the dry cleaning...
