Hotel vicino a Lamington Road - Mumbai

“L'assoluta rigidità nella gestione del check-in anticipato, a meno che non sia pagato a caro prezzo, è un grave problema per un ospite che arriva stanco e bisognoso in albergo. Questo rivela una totale mancanza di empatia verso il cliente, che non può essere mascherata dalla cortesia finta e di facciata: quello che la gestione di questo albergo vuole è prendere quanti più soldi possibile dai suoi ospiti. ”

“L'albergo si trova a ridosso della strada e pertanto è estremamente rumoroso. Durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell'intero albergo. Pur di non chiudere per un breve periodo hanno raccolto tutti gli ospiti su tre piani mentre nei piani superiori e inferiori c'era un continuo frastuono per il rifacimento delle camere. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e' insufficiente.”

“Nice hotel at walking distance from Mumbai Central Station. The location is not particularly nice, but the hotel rooms are large, quiet, tidy and with all amenities. The hotel offers kitchen room services and advices for travellers”

“Hotel meraviglioso, paragonabile ad un ottimo 4 stelle, tutto nuovo come da foto. Quartiere centrale ma poco turistico, con pochi centesimi di taxi arriverete nelle zone principali. Il problema sono una parte degli ospiti non occidentali, poco inclini alla buona educazione. Personale gentilissimo. Portatevi il phon che l’hotel ne è completamente sprovvisto. In complesso consigliato.”

“Mr Kirtan Ghoda was very helpful in coordinating my RT PCR test. Most centres were closed but he was able to organise it for me and was available over the phone even I had already checked out.”

“My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. Good value for money”

“I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

“Esternamente la struttura non sembra un hotel ma appena entri cambi la tua opinione: pulita, personale gentile e pronto ad aiutarti.Se ti piace camminare ti forniscono una mappa con indicazioni per arrivare facilmente a piedi nei luoghi più importanti.Hanno camere di varie dimensioni, e la colazione è buona. Grazie a tutto il personale per l' accoglienza.”
