“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”

“Horrible! I was charged extra for a king balcony room which I was already booked for and given a queen room with balcony. The room was unfinished, no baseboards, dirty carpet, itchy bed sheets and the shower wouldn’t get hot. My husband fell down the stairs due to the hand rail coming out of the wall. The staff were very rude, refused a refund and treated my husbands accident like nothing happened. We were refused extra check out time even though my husband was unable to help due to falling down...

“Everything was perfect until I laid down on the mattress. I had to try to fall asleep between the 2 permanent indented marks because the mattress was way over used. Buy new mattresses for future use in room 406.”

“Good for a one nighter. Close to freeway but quiet spot Pool was open but chilly Hot Tub small but worked well Breakfast very basic Weak coffee and no creamers Did have some kinda multiple choice hot cocoa Mocha type brewer”

“Came for one night to attend the wedding in the area. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was in a beautiful spot. UPSET There was no TV/cable the entire time we were there, and no one mentioned it at the desk. Because we went through Expedia, they were unable to give any type of inconvenience credit. This is the second occasion that we learned A third party was definitely NOT a benefit when something came up with the hotel.”

“Bed was comfortable. Good space for us two to work remotely. Breakfast was okay. Don’t have high expectations. Great they offer free drinks and snacks in the evening on Monday to Wednesday. I wish I knew ahead of time that their pool was under renovation.”
