“Asked for the sofa bed to be made after 6pm at front desk when checking in but when we got back around 11:30 pm the sofa bed was not made. Texted the number that welcomed our arrival and if we needed anything to text back, did so and no response until next morning the text said I could text back to check out and no mention of the previous text. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, and the beds are extremely comfortable - made it easy to relax after long days. The conference facilities were excellent, and the event staff were truly outstanding - professional, attentive, and well organized throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for business or leisure.”

“The Hotel was quite lovely very modern simplistic rooms. Excellent coffee lush towels, great walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. The only reason I have the amenities at a lower rating was because the bar and restaurant were not yet open. This is a brand new hotel and still under final construction. I would have appreciated an email advising this as I would have made different arrangements for drop off time. I would have chosen to arrive later in the evening rather than check in...

“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“Clean and easy to use ”

“We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not yet properly made up. We are three adults and all that was made up was the one king size bed we had been charged $60 for the three nights for an extra person. The front desk person told us it was Expedia’s fault, but then they brought in a maid to make up the rest of the room while we were in the room. The TV didn’t work. They attempted to fix it and could not so we had to move to a second room. They gave us a key for the second room and we headed out for...
