“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“Honestly, it doesn't look like much from the outside (especially the flickering sign), but the rooms are pleasantly clean and comfortable and the price was right - and for us the location (South Ottawa) was good. I would definitely stay there again.”
