“Quick check in. Staff was friendly and received 2 complimentary bottles of water. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.”

“I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.”

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“Booked a Handicap room for my son. When we checked in, they claimed there was no handicap rooms available. Therefore we were forced to stay in a regular room which made it difficult for my son to used the restroom and could not bath because the tub was too high for him to get in. Also no soaps left in the kitchen or bathroom. Staff no willing to give a discount for the inconvenience.”

“The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I loved the hot tub. The 2 staff members I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks a bit old but the inside was nice and up to date.”

“The only positive was the lovely woman at the reception desk. But there was no pool no breakfast the bed was horrible, the lighting in the bathroom almost gave me a stroke. It felt like people were trying hard but the physical aspects of the property are terrible.”

“Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t...

“We ve been there twice and have yet to see a coffee maker. Asked for extra towels twice and didn’t get those either. Absolutely no place to plug a phone charger into.”
