MASSIVE ADA violation as I had a seizure on the property, was robbed during my episode, and then removed from my room due to other guests being “uncomfortable” with my condition yet no emergency services were contacted whatsoever. The rooms are disgusting, the staff is rude, the stairs are in gross disrepair, there is no accessibility for disabled people, no amenities, no customer service. Avoid at all costs. The Super8 across the street would probably be better.”

“I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. ”

“The sink stopper in my room needed repair and the hotel shows its age, but the staff were all terrific. The room was clean and the temperature, great. No fussing with the air/heat adjustment.”

“Out stay was only one night, but we were very impressed about the staff, especially the front desk, lady. She was very very awesome. We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book...

“One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it advertised it had a pool. When I was checking in I asked where the pool was. I was told but I didn't find out it was closed until I walked over to look and saw the notice on the door.😐 .”

“Pool and hot tub are advertised but do not work. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms are shabby and outdated but reasonably clean. Breakfast is just cereal and fruit. $200 deposit is immediately deducted from credit card, but takes 3-5 days to reimburse.”

“It was wonderful! The room was well appointed and clean. All staff were amazing and helpful - from the room to the front desk. The bar was welcoming and the staff were extremely cordial and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat!”

“I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. ”
